Latin America Destination Immersion 2025

Our first Latin America USA Destination Immersion Program in partnership with United Airlines and U.S. destination partners hosted buyers from Mexico, Brazil and Colombia. The program was structured as a performance-based incentive, designed to engage travel agents and tour operators best positioned to drive bookings to U.S. destinations beyond each market’s primary gateways.
Participants were selected based on their successful completion of a targeted sales campaign and destination training through our USA Discovery Program, including relevant badge completions.
The program featured six curated itineraries across 12 states and 25 cities, from Talkeetna, Alaska to Shreveport, Louisiana and from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado to the Mid-Atlantic.
The Finale event for all participants was hosted by Visit Houston, allowing participants to explore the destination, engage with fellow travel trade members, share insights, and learn about offerings outside of their routes. This experience equips travel agents with the tools, knowledge, and firsthand experience needed to generate new and expanded itineraries encouraging longer stays, deeper exploration, and increased visitor spending.
