Brand USA is seeking an organization to provide a variety of graphic design support to better present itself to industry stakeholders, federal partners, and private sector travel professionals. With this RFP, we are seeking a firm with expertise in Collateral Design Support, Presentation and Infographic Design, Experiential Design for Domestic Trade shows and other activations, and Promo Item Production and Management -to support our various corporate initiatives and events.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate vendor to develop and maintain Brand USA’s B2B WeChat in China. Our objective is to develop a WeChat platform, which is simple for our travel trade partners (tour operators, travel agents, receptive tour operators, wholesalers, etc.) to use to receive information and communicate with the community manager, navigate, and search. The goal is to better inform our travel trade partners so they can better sell travel to the United States to potential Chinese visitors.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate vendor to maintain and continue to develop Brand USA’s corporate website at TheBrandUSA.com and our industry education sites at USADiscoveryProgram.com.   Our objective is for continuous improvement in creating visually impactful and informative websites, which are simple for our constituents to navigate, search, and utilize.

Brand USA is seeking a host city for the 2019 U.S. – China Tourism Leadership Summit. The summit host will coordinate regional vendors including transportation, accommodations, meeting facilities, catering, entertainment, and receptions. The goal is to identify a host city that will be able to manage, organize, and fund the influx of 150 – 220 estimated participants from the United States and China. The host will coordinate with Brand USA to create a welcoming experience and productive meeting for summit participants. *The winner of this RFP will be announced at the 2018 China –​ U.S. Tourism Leadership Summit in Hangzhou, China, on September 10.*

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain global translation and acculturation services. The selected firm will be responsible for translation of content and marketing utilized across digital, social, connected television, print and broadcast platforms. Brand USA seeks a translation agency that specializes in adapting content and marketing from English to another language, while keeping tone and context intact. Experiential and engaging content that inspires travel is essential to our consumer messaging strategy in each market. Current needs include translation to Portuguese (Brazil); German (Germany); Spanish (Mexico) (Chile) (Colombia); French (France and Canada); Korean (South Korea); Japanese (Japan); and Chinese (Mandarin) (Cantonese).
