The purpose of this RFP is to identify an industry accepted third party with experience valuing licensed content. Brand USA’s founding legislation, the Travel Promotion Act of 2009 (the “Act”), makes in-kind contributions (of goods and services) from non-federal sources eligible for match at their fair market value. The fair market value of such content is not necessarily what Brand USA would pay for the content, but is the amount that a willing buyer would pay a willing seller with neither forced to act. The winning bidder’s valuation reports may be used in support of Brand USA requests, which are transmitted to the U.S. Department of Commerce, for these matching funds.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate integrated travel marketing and public relations firm (Representation Firm) to represent Brand USA’s interests in Japan. The selected Representation Firm will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States. As an extension of the Brand USA team in market, the Representation Firm will ensure all inmarket activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand.

The intention is to procure non-exclusive photography and/or videography services from qualified individuals or organizations for a variety of occasions. These include, but are not limited to: corporate headshots, speaking engagements, conventions and industry events and awards ceremonies, dinners, and galas

The Regional Director, China, will report to the Vice President, Global Trade Development, (based in Washington, DC), and be responsible for helping to ensure that Brand USA’s Annual Strategic Plan is achieved. This individual will assist in the development and execution of a China Strategy plan focused on driving visitation and revenue to the United States, as well as oversee current offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu. This position will ensure that a strategic plan for effectuating Brand USA’s goals in market is developed and successfully implemented.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate vendor for Digital Asset Management (DAM). We require an intuitive, flexible, secure, and easily accessible sharing and storage environment for images, documents, and videos.  The company selected will be responsible for support, training, and maintenance.

Brand USA is interested in contracting Content Creators to produce video, articles, images, graphics, and art that will inspire visitation to the United States.

The purpose of this RFP is to select a systems integrator that will enable Brand USA to further make use of its current Salesforce instance and the currently connected applications.  In addition to common CRM functionality, the successful bidder will demonstrate how it can support Brand USA’s operational complexities to automate processes and workflows in a user-friendly manner.  The successful bidder will also be able to take a holistic look at Brand USA’s systems ecosystem and issue software recommendations based on their expertise.
