The purpose of this RFP is to select a systems integrator that will enable Brand USA to further make use of its current Salesforce instance and the currently connected applications.  In addition to common CRM functionality, the successful bidder will demonstrate how it can support Brand USA’s operational complexities to automate processes and workflows in a user-friendly manner.  The successful bidder will also be able to take a holistic look at Brand USA’s systems ecosystem and issue software recommendations based on their expertise.

***UPDATE: Please refer to the revised schedule for date changes.  The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify the appropriate vendor to assist the Global Trade Development team in the development of global strategic planning and execution, to include specific programming, and standard operating procedures.

***UPDATE: Please refer to the revised schedule for proposal deadline date change. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a global experiential marketing agency of record. The selected firm will be responsible for supporting Brand USA’s global experiential activation and event-marketing efforts, which are different from Brand USA’s global trade show activation. Current and upcoming markets include (but are not be limited to) Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, the Scandinavian Region, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate travel trade marketing representation firm to represent Brand USA’s travel trade interests in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The selected Representation Firm is asked to identify a Strategic Director, and potential other staffers, within their agency who will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination in order to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States. The Strategic Director will ensure all in-market activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand.

The Regional Director, Canada, will report to the Vice President, Global Trade Development, (based in Washington, DC), and be responsible for helping to ensure that Brand USA’s Annual Strategic Plan is achieved.  This individual will assist in the development and execution of a Canada Strategy plan focused on driving visitation and revenue to the United States.  This position will ensure that a strategic plan for effectuating Brand USA’s goals in market is developed and successfully implemented.

The Regional Director, Mexico, will report to the Vice President, Global Trade Development, (based in Washington, DC), and be responsible for helping to ensure that Brand USA’s Annual Strategic Plan is achieved. This individual will assist in the development and execution of a Mexico strategy plan focused on driving visitation and revenue to the United States. This position will ensure that a strategic plan for effectuating Brand USA’s goals in market is developed and successfully implemented.
